When we arrived, the reservation was initially misplaced, which was less than ideal. The lack of a water bottle or any amenities in the room felt cheap for the price, and I discovered the hot tub has been out of service for years—no notifications about that. The bathroom in the pool area was pretty rough, with peeling texture and no hand soap. Plus, the towels were on the small side, which was a bit disappointing. To top it off, the toilet required holding the handle down to flush properly.

Great Wi-Fi and free parking. Indoor pool was nice, but the shower was cold.

The pet fee felt steep, but the friendly staff made up for it. The breakfast options were decent, though the food was often lukewarm. The room itself was clean and updated, which was a pleasant surprise.

I almost considered giving this dump a good review but honestly, my room upgrade never came, just wouldn’t ve been too much to ask.

The hot tub has been out of service for years without any signage!!! The pool area bathroom was peeling and rusty, and there were no paper towels or dryers provided. Towels were small and bland!!! Toilet flush required holding the handle down!!!

during my recent stay, I appreciated how close he hotel was to a couple of great dining options like a McDonald's just a half mile away and a Subway nearby. I loved being just under 2 km from the Bethany Aquatic Center, which made my city strolls even more enjoyable and engaging.

had a great time staying here! the rooms are huge and super clean, staff was really nice and helpful, especially kim and susan at the front desk. breakfast was awesome with hot food like biscuits and gravy, and the coffee was available all day! easy access to the interstate and a walmart right across the street is a big plus. the pool area looked nice too, but i didn’t get a chance to check it out.

the $100 deposit for incidents was a bit annoying and the control for the ac was confusing, took me a while to figure it out.

the quality inn had an awesome breakfast with plenty of options like eggs, sausage, and a waffle machine. it was nice to be near stores and restaurants, making it easy to grab a bite. the indoor pool was a great touch, and the exercise room helped me stay on track during my stay. definitely a solid choice for travelers looking for comfort and convenience.

This place suits me perfectly, offering great wi-fi, free parking, and an indoor pool. The staff once found my forgotten headphones, which I truly appreciated. Highly recommend it for a reliable and enjoyable stay. I'm coming back for a city trip!

I was so relieved when the lovely staff found my expensive electric toothbrush and had it waiting for me when I returned! The indoor pool was great for winding down, and I loved the cozy lounge chairs next to it. Only downside was the towels could've been a bit bigger, but overall, it was a solid experience! 😊
