Poor shower pressure and scratchy towels. Inconvenient layout with rooms located across a large parking lot from reception and breakfast area.

We stayed at Lux Verde for our visit to Sedona, and it was a great choice. The room was spacious with two queen beds, allowing us to use extra pillows and blankets. The TV and fridge were both large and convenient. We appreciated the abundance of towels and the option to make our own waffles at breakfast. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and we loved the tea and coffee-making facilities in our room. The location was perfect, with easy access to downtown eateries and attractions, and the hotel was quiet and relaxing.

The room had excellent facilities and a comfortable bed. Polly and the staff were friendly and helpful. Convenient car parking. Great location for exploring Sedona and Flagstaff. Cottonwood is a quieter, nicer base. Enjoyed the best breakfast of the trip. Lots of eating options in the area.

our family holiday at lux verde was fantastic. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and spacious with all the amenities we needed. being away from the main road made for a peaceful stay, and the location was convenient for visiting both old town cottonwood and sedona. we had a great experience overall!

I needed a break from the chaos of life and wanted to explore Sedona, so I chose to stay at Lux Verde in Cottonwood. The hotel's proximity to Verde Valley Railroad and winery tours was a major plus. The rooms, remodeled two years ago, were immaculate and felt brand new. The comfortable beds ensured a great night's sleep. The excellent front desk service and attention to details like a door that doesn't slam closed made my stay even more enjoyable. The complimentary breakfast had a wide selection of delicious options. The huge parking lot was perfect for walking my service animal. I will definitely choose this hotel again.

The best part was the vanity mirror and lighting, perfect for getting ready with my girlfriends. The walls were not too thin, so we didn't hear any noise from other guests. The parking was plentiful and the open surroundings were nice. The breakfast was basic but sufficient. it was a good value for money.

The only downside was that the location was not very close to shopping or dining areas, but it wasn't a major issue for me and my family.
