Our stay at Quality Inn was fantastic! The room was spacious and luxurious, with a comfortable king size bed and all the amenities we needed. The jacuzzi spa tub was a perfect way to relax after a long day of exploring. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with a map of the area and suggesting places to visit. The beautiful grounds with garden and water features created a peaceful atmosphere. Despite some minor parking issues, our overall experience was amazing!

I recently stayed at Quality Inn in Eureka Springs, and I had a wonderful experience. The Christmas tree in the lobby was beautifully decorated and created a charming atmosphere. The owner really put in the effort to make her guests feel welcome. The gentleman, Bud, who put up the lights for the hotel was friendly and informative.

Although there were a few ladybugs in the room, they didn't bother me too much and I took care of them. The only other drawback was that the trolley service didn't always come as frequently as they claimed.

This hotel is an excellent value for money, with basic amenities like a fridge and microwave in the rooms. The location is unbeatable and so close to downtown. The staff is friendly and attentive to detail, making for a great stay. The homemade breakfast was also a great touch.

All was great, nothing to improve!

I absolutely loved the hotel facilities, especially the outdoor area with its beautiful Christmas lights and small walking trail. It was the perfect spot to relax, take pictures, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast was also a highlight, with plenty of options and a relaxed, uncrowded atmosphere. I appreciated the check-out time of 11 am, as it gave me plenty of time to pack up and enjoy a relaxing morning.

Hard to think of anything negative, but if I had to mention one thing, it would be that it was hard to find any disadvantages.

The view outside my room was absolutely stunning, especially during sunset. The cool little balcony walkway in front of the room entrances was a unique touch that added to the charm of the hotel. Additionally, the location was very convenient, with key attractions and amenities just a short distance away.

There were a couple of negative aspects during my stay. the breakfast area was located in a separate building, which was a bit inconvenient having to go up and down stairs.

The breakfast room was large and nicely decorated, and the outside area had beautiful Christmas illuminations. The room was very clean.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a great location for all the main attractions, with places open for food at 1 am within a short walking distance. The room was spacious, clean, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast was out of this world with a variety of options such as pastries, fruit, eggs, homemade biscuits, and gravy. The view of the nearby pool and fountain from the balcony was breathtaking.

Although everything was great during my stay, the beds were hard, which wasn't the most comfortable experience.

I recently stayed at Quality Inn for my birthday and I had a wonderful time. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating, allowing me to extend my checkout when I wasn't feeling well. The highlight of the room was definitely the spa tub, which provided some much-needed stress relief. The breakfast had tasty options, including a homemade quiche that was absolutely delicious. The owners are clearly putting in a lot of effort to restore the property to its former glory, with beautiful gardens and well-maintained buildings. I especially loved the quiet and peaceful atmosphere at the back of the hotel. it was a great birthday stay.

We had an absolutely fabulous Christmas stay at this hotel! The first thing we loved was the amazing breakfast. They had a wide variety of delicious options that left us feeling satisfied and ready for the day. The location was also perfect for us - it was centrally located and gave us easy access to all the attractions in the area. Another great aspect was the beautiful outdoor area with a walking trail and fountain. The Christmas lights made it feel magical, and it was a great spot to take pictures and relax.

While there were many positive aspects of our stay, there were a few things that could have been better. there were some areas outside our room that needed a bit of cleanup.

The hotel was clean and attractive, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was good and had convenient hours. The hotel also provided golf carts to assist guests with mobility issues, which was a nice touch.

The bed was uncomfortable and the breakfast area was located in another building, which required walking down a flight of stairs and across the parking lot. There were also some issues with the cleanliness of the rooms, such as a musty smell, mold in the shower, and bugs in the towels.
