From the moment I arrived at this small business hotel in the suburb, I felt welcomed and at home. The modern appearance and bright double room with wooden flooring instantly put me at ease. Despite being a small space, it was well-equipped with a small sofa, TV, fridge, and safe. The simple work desk allowed me to be productive during my stay. Although there was no dedicated area to open my suitcases, I managed just fine. The bottle of San Benedetto mineral water provided was a nice touch. The bathroom, adorned with dark green marble tiles, had a cool glass wash basin and a separate bidet. The golf-shaped hand soap and house-brand amenities added a touch of luxury.

As a satisfied guest of Ac Hotel Genova, I was impressed by the professionalism of the staff and their excellent customer service. They promptly addressed our noise issue and even upgraded our room for a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast was superb, and the staff, from the restaurant to reception, were always courteous and friendly. The hotel itself met my expectations with its spacious and clean rooms and convenient location near the beach and supermarket.

The hotel location was convenient between Genova and Portofino, with parking available outside and secure hotel parking for a fee. The reception service was lovely and the restaurant had excellent food and service. The room size was spacious and the cleanliness of both the room and bathroom were commendable. The towels provided were of very good quality.

They went above and beyond to help my colleague who left their property in the room after check-out. The staff did everything they could to reunite him with his equipment. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff here was amazing and provided excellent customer service, just as you would expect from a Marriott affiliated hotel. They were professional, understanding, and accommodating. When we had an issue with our initial room smelling of smoke, the staff made a plan to get us another room. The room we were moved to was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel also had a great breakfast with a variety of choices and the staff at the restaurant were always courteous and greeted guests with a genuine smile. The location of this hotel is also convenient, with a supermarket right next door and easy access to the city via public transportation.

This hotel is a bit out of the way and may be difficult to get around by car for someone unfamiliar with the area. However, for those with a car, it is easily accessible from the highway.

Our family of four had a pleasant stay at a hotel near the beach and a supermarket. The room was spacious, modern, and clean. The bathroom had a nice shower and plenty of towels. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with everything we needed. The breakfast had a fantastic variety of choices and was delicious. We also enjoyed the comfortable beds and the heating in the room. we felt relaxed and comfortable during our stay.

The service at a nearby restaurant left a lot to be desired, as it had the worst service we experienced in Northern Italy.
