Travelling alone, I appreciated the friendly front desk staff and their excellent service. The mini fridge with separate compartments was a plus, and the clean bed for my toddler was a nice touch. The bathroom and room darkening curtains met my expectations, and the location in town was convenient. The hotel also offered a noticeably quiet environment, perfect for a weekend getaway.

We loved the location of this hotel, as it was close to Geno's restaurant and other great dining options. The staff provided excellent service and the housekeeping kept our room clean and tidy. We appreciated the room amenities such as ironing facilities and tea and coffee facilities, as well as the flat-screen TV. The leisure facilities, including the swimming pool and fitness centre, were great and the sun loungers were a nice touch.

Located in a convenient area with trailers parked in 4 parking slots, Quality Inn Madras offers a cozy stay. The room features a memory foam mattress providing ultimate comfort. The spacious bathroom is clean with all the necessary basics. The staff is genuinely nice and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. The breakfast is of higher quality compared to other hotels, offering a variety of options. The view from the room window is lovely, especially for those who enjoy being out on field trips.

The WiFi can be weak at times.

We stayed at a hotel in Madras for two nights and overall had a decent experience. The location was great, as it was close to Crooked River National Grasslands and Smith Rock State Parks. We also enjoyed being within walking distance of some nice restaurants. The room had a good shower and the complimentary wi-fi was fast. The staff were friendly and the complimentary breakfast had a good variety, although some items ran out quickly.

We did notice that the cleanliness of the room was not up to par with our previous stays at this hotel. The carpet was stained and the bathroom floor was dirty.
