We had a fantastic time at this beautifully restored B&B. the mansion itself is a true gem, with fascinating architecture and stunning restorations. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, from the warm greetings to the delicious cooked-to-order breakfast. the room we stayed in was simply marvelous, with period decorations and exquisite furnishings. Additionally, the location was perfect, within walking distance to town and near a lovely park. We would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the area.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. the location was perfect, close to main attractions and conveniently located. the cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the size of the rooms was a pleasant surprise.

There were a few downsides to our experience. the lack of an elevator made it difficult for people with mobility issues, and the staircase was quite long.

I had a fantastic stay at the Batcheller Mansion. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the homemade cookies in the library were a delightful surprise. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the overall atmosphere of the place felt warm and inviting. I can't wait to book another stay at this homey and comfortable hotel.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

We had an incredible stay at the inn! The mansion itself was filled with history and the rooms were extremely comfortable, especially the bed and pillows. The innkeeper, Martha, and manager, Doug, were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast served was delicious and we loved having it on the outside porch. The location of the hotel was very close to everything, including the center of the city, the park entrance, and even the race track.

Speaking of breakfast, I was pleasantly surprised to find a wide range of options available, including delicious choices for vegans. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, being just steps away from the park entrance and conveniently close to everything on Broadway. The rooms were comfortable and the bed was exceptionally cozy, making for a great night's sleep. Additionally, the large bathrooms were a welcome feature, adding that extra touch of luxury to my stay. I couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable experience at this hotel.

I had the most incredible stay at this historic inn. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I felt like I had entered a different era. The mansion's impressive woodwork and layout instantly transported me back in time. The friendly staff went above and beyond, helping me with restaurant reservations and providing directions to local attractions. The breakfast options were mouthwatering, with a selection of light and fluffy egg dishes, fresh fruit, muffins, biscuits. The room I stayed in was spacious, with ample storage and plenty of room to move around. The modern bathroom was a pleasant surprise. The location of the inn was ideal, as it was within walking distance of everything in the fabulous downtown area, just across the street from Congress Park. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The place was amazing with every room being a photo opportunity. The historic structure has been nicely restored and cannot be duplicated anywhere. The woodwork and layout of the mansion are very impressive. The staff was amazing and couldn't do enough for us, from making restaurant reservations to providing directions. The breakfast selection was delicious, with a choice of egg dishes and a variety of fresh fruit, muffins, biscuits, yogurt, and drinks. The location is very convenient, within walking distance of SPAC and the track.

Conveniently located near downtown, this beautifully restored house offers spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The common areas are stunning, perfect for relaxation. The breakfast selection is satisfactory and the staff is friendly and helpful.

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel in Saratoga Springs. the location couldn't have been more perfect - within walking distance of everything! The fact that it was just across the street from Congress park and close to downtown made exploring the fabulous area a breeze.

The breakfast served at the inn was always delicious, and I particularly enjoyed sitting on the patio with a cup of coffee in the morning. Despite a minor issue with a defective front door knob, the overall cleanliness and fresh atmosphere of the mansion were impressive. The inn's location in a vibrant town with a unique arts and culture scene only added to the experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

Although I had a fantastic time at the Batcheller Mansion Inn, it was a bit awkward that visitors were not allowed for breakfast or on the property. Additionally, the "non-working" fireplace in my room and some dated aspects of the inn could benefit from a renovation.

We had a romantic escape and loved the charming atmosphere of the hotel. the beautifully restored manor house and antique furnishings added a touch of elegance to our stay. the location was ideal, with downtown restaurants and bars just a few minutes walk away. Plus, being close to a park allowed us to enjoy some leisurely strolls. the staff was helpful and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

One downside was that the bedroom windows didn't open, which meant no fresh air. However, we made up for it by enjoying the back porch where we could relax and take in the lovely surroundings.

The value for our money at the inn was excellent - a large, well-maintained room in a beautiful location with off-street parking. The innkeeper and staff treated us like family, encouraging us to make ourselves at home and providing delicious breakfasts and light snacks. Restaurants were within walking distance for dinner.
