The staff was incredible, especially Jill, who kindly allowed me to grab a bagel even after breakfast hours. The indoor pool looked inviting and added charm to the stay.

Unfortunately, the carpets desperately need shampooing or replacement. my feet were dirty after walking on them. The coffee machine was broken during my visit, disappointing for a coffee lover.

The overhang at entrance looks dangerously damaged!!! The hot tub disappointment on the second night ruined my plans. Coffee machine was broken — really needed that caffeine boost!!! All these quirks made my stay less than stellar!!!

I enjoyed my stay. The lobby looked like it was recently renovated, and the rooms were clean. My family and I found the location convenient for exploring the area. I did not get to have breakfast because I left early, but the staff was helpful during check-in. It made for a smooth experience overall. As someone from Italy, it was interesting to experience a bit of Americana here.

The lack of an elevator means you're hauling your gear up the stairs, which can be a pain, especially if you're on the upper level. Some rooms show wear—like missing grout in the bathroom and noise from access doors that can disrupt your sleep. Breakfast options are limited, focusing just on McIntosh apples for fresh fruit. My experience with the heating unit was less than stellar, making frustrating noises throughout the night, waking me up repeatedly.
