We had such a warm and welcoming experience at a hotel in the heart of the city. After a late-night scare at our original accommodation, the owner went above and beyond to find us a room at Hotel Ester. The staff were kind, caring, and incredibly accommodating. The room was spotlessly clean and provided a beautiful view of the city skyline from the balcony. We were also impressed with the helpfulness of Anna, who gave us excellent recommendations and directions to local attractions. And to top it off, we were able to leave our luggage after checkout and even enjoyed a nice cup of coffee. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and convenient location.

Great stay at a hotel in Florence over New Year's! the hotel staff was friendly, helpful, and English speaking. the hotel rooms were clean and spacious, with modern amenities. the location was perfect, close to the train station and easily accessible to the main attractions. We also enjoyed the complimentary bottle of water and the high-speed WiFi.

One minor annoyance during our stay was the motion detector switch in the bathroom. It would turn off the lights if you spent more than a few minutes in the shower or on the toilet, leaving you in the dark.

We recently stayed at a 3-star hotel that we found to be perfect for our Easter getaway. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We were pleasantly surprised to find a kettle in our room and the location was ideal, close to the bus/train station and within walking distance to the main tourist attractions. the hotel's lift made it easy to get to our room and the large bathroom was a great bonus.

There was not much variety offered, and we would have liked more options to choose from. the dining area was quite small, with only a small bench in the kitchen area.

We loved the central location of the hotel, as it was close to the Piazza Della Stazione and within easy walking distance to all major attractions in this city. It was convenient to explore places like the Galleria dell'Accademia, the Duomo-Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore, Florence Baptistery, Uffizi Gallery. Additionally, there were plenty of nice restaurants around for us to enjoy. The hotel staff was also very friendly and helpful.
