The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Unfortunately, our experience was marred by several issues. The vending machine was frustrating as it wouldn't accept my dollar bills, which was disappointing after a long day. Additionally, the pool area felt uninviting and lacked basic amenities like a hot tub. Despite the room itself being comfortable, other aspects of the hotel left much to be desired.

An unexpected delightful stay

I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and cozy my room was. The friendly staff went above and beyond, accommodating every request with a smile. The in-room coffee maker was a nice touch, and I loved the location near downtown, making it easy to explore the area on foot.

While my overall experience was great, the thin towels were a minor letdown, and I could hear some noise from the street. The breakfast options were decent, but could use a bit more variety.

There’s only one ice machine for the entire hotel!!! The parking situation is tight and could definitely use more spaces, especially with oversized vehicles taking up room!!! Getting around the property can also feel a bit cramped!!!

Well, lemme tell ya, I was super impressed with how clean and comfy my room was. The mattress practically hugged me to sleep. They had a nice breakfast with a waffle maker, and that coffee didn’t taste like dishwater! The folks runnin’ the place were just downright friendly, makin’ ya feel right at home. Loved the automatic night light, too!

my previous stay in chico was nice, but this stay exceeded my expectations. the room was clean and featured a fantastic walk-in dual head shower, which I loved. being close to downtown and having access to delicious food trucks nearby really made my trip enjoyable.

quality inn has a nice location, making it easy to explore nearby restaurants. the deluxe king room was spacious and clean. i especially appreciated the outdoor pool for relaxing in the sun. also, roy at the front desk was incredibly accommodating and understanding, truly showcasing great hospitality!

The room was super comfy with awesome pillows that gave me a great night’s sleep. It had a cool walk-in shower with both regular and rain nozzles, which was a nice touch. But the lack of a Kleenex dispenser was a bummer. Parking was a bit tight, though. I did love being close to downtown with all the food options nearby!
