Housekeeping seems non-existent!!! Be prepared to deal with a dirty room and no towels at all!!! The spa amenities are broken, and if you need Wi-Fi, expect interruptions!!! Please clean the pool regularly!!!

i was almost going to write a good review, but then i noticed the black mold around the window air conditioner, which is just charming. the hot tub was in horrible condition, and my request for a complimentary upgrade was seemingly too much to ask for. if only they took care of their amenities and guests like me better.

What a stay! The spacious room was a delight, and the staff were genuinely kind, even when overwhelmed. Breakfast was top-notch, always fresh and well-stocked. The bed? Pure comfort! Sure, the surroundings are in transition, but the friendly atmosphere and great service made the experience very pleasant.

Cozy stay with sweet perks!

Super chill spot! The staff was so friendly, especially when we checked in. Room was spacious and comfy, with a nice big tub for a soak. Breakfast had tasty waffles that hit the spot! Only thing was, the fridge took a while to cool down, but no biggie. Totally worth it!

The check-out time confusion could be avoided with better communication!!! The spa was out of order during my stay!!! I found it unsettling that some common areas were not well maintained, requiring a bit of a refresh!!!

Take advantage of the spacious sitting area in the room for a more comfortable stay, and don't hesitate to ask for recommendations from the friendly front desk staff.

The location was fantastic, just a quick drive from WSU, and the breakfast spread with eggs and sausages hit the spot! Plus, the staff were super helpful despite being stretched thin.

On the flip side, the room had a musty smell and the WiFi was unreliable. The jacuzzi could've used some TLC, but it didn't overshadow the overall experience!

the king suite has a HUGE double jetted bath, perfect for relaxing. breakfast could be better, not much variety.

We used the shuttle to check out Beasley Coliseum and Palouse Ridge Golf Course. The staff was friendly and helpful. Just a heads-up, though, the breakfast could use some improvement.

Our room had a bit of a musty smell, and one night it was noisy from downstairs. We also had trouble with the TV not working during our stay.
