Had a lekker time with family near the Polar Express train! The king room was cozy and clean. A microwave and fridge were real handy. The free breakfast was decent, and my grandson loved the popcorn in the lobby—such a fun touch!

Just a heads up, the pull-out sofa's blanket was a bit grimy with stains, so maybe check that out.

During my stay, the cleanliness of the property was concerning. The refrigerator and microwave had not been wiped down, with visible fingerprints, and the entry door appeared neglected. It was also disappointing to discover some trash bins that looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages, which added to the overall feeling of neglect in the hotel.

absolutely terrible experience. first, no hot water in the morning, had to skip my shower (who does that? ). then, the staff totally ignored my requests for water, I mean, how hard is it to offer a complimentary bottle? I almost considered a good review, but this place is just disorganized chaos. Never again!

this hotel is a tragedy, with dirty rooms and a bathtub starting to rust. I stayed for one night, but I woudl ve been more comfortable sleeping in my car. Also, can we talk about the non-existent hot water? its like they thought I wouldn't need a shower. I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.
