The room was clean and comfy, but the noisy AC unit was a bit of a bother. Good staff and a nice location, though! Chur for the stay!

The staff were exceptionally friendly, and they really assisted with local information. Breakfast had great choices, and the hot tub provided a nice, relaxing experience after a long day.

Though the layout was a bit confusing at first, the lack of elevators posed a challenge for carrying luggage to the second floor. Additionally, the Wi-Fi speed left a lot to be desired.

Breakfast staff efficiency impressed me greatly.

Had a great one-night stay! Loved the breakfast selection, especially the sausage gravy, and the relaxing hot tub was a bonus. Just needed better Wi-Fi! Definitely would choose this again!

I enjoyed my stay in a standard room with two queen beds. The front desk staff welcomed me warmly during my evening check-in. After a day of exploring, I found the indoor hot tub relaxing, and it was nice that I had the space to myself. Breakfast was one of my favorites on that trip, especially the sausage gravy. The location was convenient for visiting nearby attractions, making it a good base for my adventures in the Upper Peninsula. Date of Stay, 2024-08-21.

the quality inn was a comfy spot for our stay. the location was great, only a couple hours from tahquamenon falls. the friendly staff made us feel welcome, and we enjoyed the relaxing heart-shaped jacuzzi tub. breakfast was a hit too, especially the sausage gravy!

i'd suggest improving the bathroom details a bit.

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by the breakfast experience. It was utter chaos, with no order in the dining area, making it tough to find a spot to eat. The room was okay, but the air conditioner was a problem. it constantly fluctuated the temperature throughout the night, which made sleeping difficult. I also found the bathroom lacking in details, which was disappointing.

All good, fulfills its purpose. Impressive hot breakfast with fresh biscuits and gravy.

My stay in the King Room was pretty sweet. The bed was comfy, and the room was clean. The hot tub was a nice chill spot after a day out. Breakfast was a highlight—eggs, sausage gravy, and donuts—such a solid spread! The location was perfect for checking out attractions like Tahquamenon Falls. Only downside was that I had to carry my bags up the stairs since there’s no elevator. But still, I'd stay again!

Our family, including my nephew, loved the adventures around town! The staff was clean and friendly. we felt welcomed the moment we arrived. We had a decent room with easy access for my 92-year-old dad, which was a huge plus.

My kids wished for better breakfast options.
