The value for money was great, and the room was amazing - spacious, aesthetically pleasing, and lots of natural light. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff was outstanding, really friendly and accommodating.

I loved staying at this hotel! It was in a fantastic location with lots of restaurants and attractions nearby. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and they even offered me a complimentary drink upon arrival. The room had everything I needed and more, including air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities. I also enjoyed spending time in the sun terrace and using the free Wi-Fi.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Our stay downtown was fantastic, close to all the DTLA sights and definitely in a good area of where everything is at. The entire hotel has been refurbished with impressive trendy decor, creating a unique experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and engaging, making us feel welcome. The bed was super comfy and room service was prompt upon request. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar with amazing views of the city.

There was some confusion with the deposit refund process, but the staff was unable to provide a solution that was satisfactory.

During my Xmas stay, I appreciated the free drinks and snacks offered by the hotel staff. the location was convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options available within walking distance. the cozy lobby added to the overall ambiance and created a good first impression.

The soundproofing was poor, and I could hear everything from the room next door and activity in the alley below. the pillows were too thick and uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep.
