The location of this hotel was great, with easy access to downtown and all the restaurants and shops. We also appreciated the complimentary guest laundry, a nice touch for longer stays. the staff was friendly and the service was exceptional, with the front desk agents and the manager being welcoming and helpful.

The room was a bit disappointing. While the main part of the room seemed recently renovated, the outdated bathroom was a letdown.

This inn offers a convenient location, just steps away from downtown restaurants, shops, and the ferry to Victoria BC. The view from the rooms is stunning, with picture windows to enjoy it from. The spacious rooms are comfortably decorated with African themed decor and feature great beds. Guests can also enjoy a delicious breakfast served in a larger than usual dining area.

This hotel had the best location for exploring, being super close to Olympic National Park and Hurricane Ridge. The cleanliness of the hotel exceeded our expectations, with newer furniture and spotless rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Tina, who went above and beyond to assist us. Additionally, the hotel provided a delicious and varied breakfast each morning.

I loved the breakfast area, which had ample seating and large windows with beautiful views of the mountains and water. the location felt safe, situated in a residential area on a bluff overlooking the Port and the Strait. it was conveniently within walking distance of downtown restaurants and attractions. Travelling with our dog was no problem as the hotel accommodated pet-friendly stays.

The hotel is conveniently located just a set of stairs away from the entire downtown area, making it perfect for exploring the historic district. The room had a lovely view of the mountains and was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a good selection including scrambled eggs and sausage.

The facilities could benefit from some renovation.
