I've been staying at this hotel twice a year for the past three years and I always have a great visit. The rooms are always clean, the breakfast is excellent, and the beds are super comfy. The staff here is outstanding, especially Ms. Lily and Ms. Rhonda. They always greet guests with a friendly smile and go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. Ms. Rhonda is so pleasant and deserves a promotion. I'll definitely be back in September and November!

I got great value for my money at Quality Suites. The room was fantastic - clean, spacious, and well-equipped with amenities. The hotel's location was convenient, and the staff treated me with utmost kindness and professionalism.

Breakfast delights, if there was a wider variety of options.

I loved staying at a hotel that had a wet bar in the room. It made it so convenient when I wanted a drink but didn't feel like leaving my cozy suite. Plus, the free full breakfast was a treat!

Only a few beetle bugs and sugarless sugar packets to keep me company in my room. Oh, and a broken bedside lamp.

The all-suite room was so roomy, it felt like I was living in a palace. Free breakfast was a feast fit for a queen! Check out the nearby Carowinds Theme Park if you need a royal adventure.

Elevator slower than a snail on vacation.

I've been a regular at this hotel for the past 3 years and every visit has been enjoyable. The rooms are always super clean and the bed is incredibly comfortable. The breakfast is excellent and the location is great, with Carowinds, the mall, and restaurants nearby. The staff, including Ms. Lily and Ms. Rhonda, are friendly and make you feel at home.

The only thing that could improve the breakfast offerings is adding a wider variety of pastries.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right off the highway and close to everything. The hotel and our room were clean and comfortable. We stayed in a 2 queen, 1 sofa bed suite, which was spacious enough for our family of 6. The breakfast was delicious and had a large selection, with something different each day. The staff was amazing, especially the man at check-in who was polite and cool. We really enjoyed our time here.

The hotel seemed to have some shoddy renovations done. The room door was not flush with the doorway, and the carpet was old and worn.
