I had originally booked another hotel for Valentine's Day weekend, but it turned out to be a horrible experience. However, when we arrived at Quality Suites, it was like a breath of fresh air. The front desk staff was wonderful and pleasant, and our breakfast was made by a lovely young lady. Despite the small glitch with the owner, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They promptly replaced our faulty AC unit on a very hot day, and the room itself was comfortable and well-sized. The food was good, and although we didn't use it, the swimming pool looked nice and clean.
