excellent central spot for park strolls and waterfront views

i really appreciated the hotel's close proximity to walbridge park, just a short stroll away, and the beautiful riverfront area which made for perfect scenic walks during my weekend in toledo.

The staff was really nice, made us feel welcomed. We ordered burgers and calamari that surprised us, tasted fresh and perfectly cooked.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but decent enough for what we got.

However, the maintenance needs to step it up. I came across peeling finishes in the bathroom and a couple of toilets that took their sweet time to refill, which can be a real inconvenience. The pool floors felt a bit slimy like they might have skipped a cleaning cycle, and I also noticed the carpets in the hallways could use a nice vacuuming. Plus, the rooms felt a tad musty upon entering, indicating possible ventilation issues, and the elevators were notoriously slow, creating long waits at peak times.

The bar area was a total jol! Norman was an absolute chommie, poured us some lekker drinks and kept the laughs coming. Also, the burgers and calamari we had were surprisingly fresh and just perfect! The pool was a hit with the kids, made for a great family vibe!

Just felt a bit drab in the hallways and rooms, needed a good spruce up, ja.

This hotel has a nice restaurant and a welcoming lobby, making it suitable for business stays. However, noise disturbances from other guests can detract from the experience, and the fitness center needs better maintenance. Overall, it's a decent choice for convenient accommodations if you're visiting the area.

my previous stay in toledo was okay, but delta really exceeded my expectations. the staff was accommodating, and the rooms were clean and updated, making for a comfortable night. the restaurant had some nice dinners that added to the overall experience.

the heating unit was a bit loud.

No issues, exceeds expectations. The pool is a fantastic bonus for family fun.

I recently stayed for three nights and the food was surprisingly great, especially the burgers and calamari! But the dampness in the room was a major downside. I'd consider coming back.

Cleaning and maintenance need major improvements!!! Musty smells and dirty carpets certainly don't enhance comfort!!! Plus, inadequate bathroom sanitation issues are frustrating!!! Elevator problems caused significant delays, as did understaffed facilities!!!

the desk had a nice ergonomic chair. Tv had netflix access. the card playing room was too small and felt cramped.

The Standard King Room was super comfy, really nice bed and the bathroom was well done. It felt updated, which was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were clean, and the public areas looked great too. I had to switch rooms due to noise, but the staff handled it well. Would definitely stay again for the comfort!

This place suits me perfectly! I enjoy the great amenities like the bar/lounge area, restaurant, and indoor swimming pool. The staff once helped me find my forgotten hairbrush, and Norm at the bar is a blast. Definitely returning for Easter!

Rooms were clean and updated, but noisy from surrounding guests. Good restaurant meals!
