The service at this hotel was top-notch, truly exceptional. The rooms were cozy and comfy, perfect for a chill night after a long day. The pool looked inviting, but I didn't get a chance to try it out. 👍

After catching a few games at the NBA arena and exploring the art museum nearby, I made a pit stop at the hotel's bistro for a quick bite. The suite was spacious, and the bathroom was a nice touch! The fitness center helped me keep up with my marathon training, which is no small feat since I tend to hit the snooze button more times than I care to admit. All in all, a solid choice for a sporty traveler like me.

The rooms at Radisson hotel Charlotte Airport were exceptionally clean and looked newly remodeled. The plush beds and trendy finishes made for a great, comfortable stay. The hotel's central location and free private parking were convenient, and the lobby with a flat-screen TV was perfect for relaxation after a long flight.

I had to call about the TV remote not working, which was a minor inconvenience. it took a long time for items to get cold in the refrigerator, making it difficult to tell if it was actually working until we left.

the radisson was so clean and comfy, and it's close to some ok food spots. the staff is top-notch and helped me out when my flight got canceled. also, they pointed me to a good place to eat nearby.

I had a place to sleep after missing my flight. The staff was very helpful. Morning staff went above and beyond to help me get a ride back to the airport in time for my flight. Cleaning staff coming in to work were friendly and greeted me. The free shuttle to/from the airport was very much appreciated, and the drivers were excellent. The interior of the hotel was clean, modern, and appeared updated. Our room was clean with simple decor. The beds were comfortable with clean, crisp linens. The bathrooms were spacious with modern touches, and the shower was large. The rooms had great lighting options too. Brad checked us in quickly and was courteous and warm. Nice big room, great bed. Nice staff, easy check-in, and great value for the money. Good airport overnight. Excellent Caribbean restaurant across the parking lot, highly recommended!

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and we loved the modern decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the water temperature and pressure in the bathroom were perfect. The hotel had a nice, relaxed feel to it, and we appreciated the amenities like the free shuttle service to and from the airport. The location was convenient, with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. we had a pleasant experience at Radisson.

I stayed at Radisson for an overnight layover and the location was convenient, just a quick 15-minute ride from the airport. The shuttle service was comfortable and ran every 45 minutes, making it easy to get to and from the hotel. Additionally, the surrounding area had a great selection of American restaurants, a night club, and within walking distance were several fantastic restaurants, breweries. The room was exceptionally clean and the beds were spacious and comfortable. The staff, aside from the initial check-in issue, was helpful, pleasant, and easy to work with.

The hotel's fresh appearance and professional staff added to the overall GREAT experience. The only downside was the limited towels and washcloths, but everything else was super.

I absolutely adored the trendy touches in the hotel's decoration, with chrome finishes and LED strips in the furniture giving it a modern yet cozy ambiance. The plush lobby with plenty of seating was a perfect place to relax. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the Woodlawn light rail station made it easily accessible for senior people, allowing for convenient transportation without the need to walk long distances.

I would ask for better vacation experiences for senior people, perhaps by having the children of the staff provide more assistance with luggage and offering extra support for seniors with mobility challenges.
