Location is awesome with flower shops nearby. Room had comfy bed and great amenities like air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Nice gym open 24/7 with fitness classes. Loved the coffee shop in the lobby. The second-floor lounge was super chill with a DJ and cool views. The $30 credit for food and drinks is a nice bonus!

Aesthetic charm with a prime location—subway stations nearby, and iconic sights within walking distance. Spectacular city views and a comfortable bed elevated my stay momentarily. the rooms are ridiculously small, lacking basic amenities like a closet or fridge. The cleaning service was frustratingly inconsistent, and a design flaw in the bathroom caused leaks—an oversight that should be rectified. Staffing issues abound; interactions felt robotic and lacking warmth. My payment fiasco left a sour taste, as duplicate charges were mishandled. A vibrant lobby and decent coffee selection don’t make up for the shortcomings. Value for money? Fair at best, but next time, I’ll seek a more reliable experience.

The staff was really cool, upgrading us to a double room for the price of a single one because it was available. The rooms were cozy yet stylish, with excellent insulation from the New York noise and chilly weather, perfect for a February stay. The only downside was coming back late from a show on a Monday and finding limited food options other than pizza at the hotel or nearby, but didn't really affect our overall great experience. 🌃

Perfectly positioned for Manhattan adventures and attractions!

This hotel is right in the heart of everything, making it easy to explore iconic sites like Herald Square and the Chrysler Building, which are just around a 5-minute walk away, and I absolutely loved being able to stroll to Times Square in about 20 minutes while enjoying the city vibe along the way; the area is bustling with fantastic cafes and eateries nearby, like Mykonos Bleu for a casual meal and 2beans for that morning coffee fix, plus there are plenty of subway stations close by that make transit around the city a breeze! But I did find that the breakfast options were a bit limited, which could be improved.

I have to share how frustrating it was when staff knocked on our door twice before check-out time. The lack of communication was awful, and it felt like we were being rushed. It really put a damper on our last morning.
