The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. They upgraded me to a top floor room with a balcony without me even asking. The hotel had great amenities, including a shuttle to downtown and bikes if needed. The room had everything I needed, including a kitchenette and even a robot named Rose who delivered ice. Great location close to downtown.

The cleanliness of the rooms was not up to par. There were issues with dog hair on the couch, dirt and sand under the pillows, and leftover dog food in the kitchen drawer, which resulted in an unpleasant smell in the room.

Our room at Hotel Trio was modern and high-tech, with a comfortable bed, plush pillows, and a cozy blanket. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the USB chargers at every outlet were so convenient. We also appreciated the six electric car chargers available. The shuttle service to downtown Healdsburg was a nice touch, and we enjoyed the scenic walking path as well. our stay at Hotel Trio was fantastic.

While the complimentary breakfast offered at Hotel Trio was basic, with cereal, bananas, and muffins, we expected more variety and options for the price we paid. Additionally, there were a few minor drawbacks, such as crowded parking late in the day and evening, and the lack of protection for electric vehicle charging spots.

The staff was fantastic, and the room was always clean. The bed was comfortable, and despite the hotel being full, I never heard any noise from my neighbors. The hotel also offered a shuttle service to downtown, which was convenient for those without a car. The location was close to downtown and offered great walking paths. it was a great value for money.
