The property at OBX New Towne Place KDH was newly built and clean. The front desk staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated that breakfast was included in the room rate and served in the lobby every morning. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job, as our room was spotless upon arrival. The location of the hotel was also convenient.

The noise level in the hotel was a bit high, as we could hear people walking and talking in the rooms above us.

Conveniently located, well-decorated, well-lit parking lot. The kitchenette was perfect, but we didn't use it. The breakfast was delicious with excellent staff service. The team member who attended the breakfast was outstanding and made our stay special. It was great to have a pet-friendly option.

We were pleasantly surprised to find a mini stovetop and fridge in our room, making it convenient for us to cook dinner and save money. The TV had Netflix, which was a bonus, and the shower had Paul Mitchell shampoo and conditioner provided. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the walk to the beach was not too far. we loved the spaciousness of the room, the kitchenette, and the convenient location.
