Staying at the Radisson hotel El Paso Airport during my transit was convenient, thanks to the complimentary, 24-hour shuttle that simplified my travel with transportation to-and-from the ELP airport whenever I needed it. The comfortable rooms and suites with thoughtful amenities provided a relaxing stopover for my journey, ensuring a rejuvenating experience before continuing my travels.

I was disappointed to find that the advertised heated pool and hot tubs were not heated during my stay, and to my dismay, the indoor pool was closed. This unforeseen inconvenience was especially disappointing for my child, and I hope it can be rectified for future guests to enjoy.

We had a fantastic time at the Butterfield Trail Golf Club, designed by Tom Fazio. The picturesque fairways and beautiful surroundings made for a memorable family golf outing. The kids especially loved the open-air shopping venue with name-brand boutiques, live music, and delicious dining options.

My kids wished for a more extensive kids’ menu at the hotel restaurant for a wider variety of options.

I chose this hotel for a work-related stay and was glad to find Free Wi-Fi available, allowing me to easily check in with work during my trip. The location also made it convenient to plan a hike through Franklin Mountains State Park during my downtime, which was a plus.

The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated business center, which would have been helpful for any last-minute printouts or access to office supplies.

This hotel is a real gem! The food at the restaurant is delicious and the courtyard offers a great view while enjoying a meal. The staff are attentive, friendly, and provide excellent service. The location is perfect as it's near the airport and city center. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and the queen beds are so comfortable! Plus, breakfast is included which is a great value.

Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient for my plans.

I always return for a perfect stay. Staff were helpful finding shops on my first visit. This place has everything I need - Wi-Fi, free airport shuttle, fitness center, outdoor pool, and no smoking. Ideal for a romantic escape.

I recently had a business trip and stayed at a hotel near the airport. the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the fact that my room had a view of the pool area, which was a nice bonus. Additionally, the hotel had a restaurant on-site, making it convenient to grab a meal without having to go far.

There were a few things that I disliked about my stay. the location of my room was quite far from the entrance, which was a bit inconvenient.

The staff were friendly and helpful, both at check-in and in the restaurant/bar. The hotel was nice with clean pools and a safe environment. The staff went above and beyond to help us when we locked our car keys in the parking lot. Great experience!

The Radisson hotel El Paso Airport was an absolute gem in terms of comfort and convenience. The separate living area from the bedroom and the luxurious tub with Italian marble floors truly elevated my stay. The room was well-appointed with a mini fridge and microwave, making it perfect for a relaxed getaway or a last-minute business accommodation.

My key card did not work the whole time on the gate, so when we arrived, I had to walk all around through the front to open the gate from the inside. Despite reporting it to the front desk, the issue persisted.

The Radisson Hotel El Paso Airport was a great choice for our stay. The property itself was nice and the amenities, including the indoor and outdoor pool, were a plus. The beddings were comfortable and the ability to control the thermostat for personal comfort was appreciated. The room was clean and the separate tub and shower in the bathroom was a nice touch. The staff were efficient and the location was ideal. We also enjoyed the nearby Cattle Baron restaurant. we were very pleased with our stay and will use this hotel every time we leave on a trip from El Paso.
