The accommodations were exactly what I needed, providing a comfortable place to sleep without any unnecessary extravagance. The hotel was undergoing renovation, which affected the overall experience. There were cleanliness issues with hairs found in the bed and unclean sheets.

The pool area at Clarion Pointe Franklin - Nashville Area was great! There were plenty of seating options and lots of shade to relax in. The pool itself was clean and well-maintained. We had a wonderful time swimming and soaking up the sun. the pool area was a highlight of our stay.

The room was recently renovated and spotless. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels and washcloths. The bathroom was big and clean, and the fridge in the room was convenient. The hotel had a nice pool that seemed popular with kids. The breakfast was very good, and the location was superb, close to nice restaurants in a quiet area with a historic cemetery in front.

The staff, particularly the lady who checked us in, was extremely helpful and accommodating. Despite my post-surgery needs for a recliner and extra pillows and blankets, they were able to provide them promptly. Additionally, the breakfast offered a delightful variety of options, including eggs, sausage, yogurt. Should I find myself in need of accommodation in the area again, I will definitely choose this hotel.

The location was perfect and very easy to find, with close proximity to various amenities such as Walgreens, Kroger, fuel stations, IHOP, and shopping outlets. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
