We stayed at this hotel during our trip to visit the beautiful landscapes of Moab. Our stay was short but enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the pool. The location was perfect, just a short walk to restaurants and entertainment options.

The location is awesome- right downtown, within walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. We loved being able to explore the area on foot, especially in nice weather. the beds were comfortable with four pillows on the queen-sized bed. the bathroom was clean and modern, and the whole room was spotlessly clean.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to trails for running and a variety of dining options right across the street. the convenience of having a swimming pool and jacuzzi on the premises was a definite plus, and being in downtown with shops close by was really convenient. the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Additionally, the affordable price we paid for the quality of the room was a pleasant surprise.

One downside was that the cleanliness of the hotel wasn't up to par, as the floors were dirty. It was also disappointing to discover that housekeeping was only provided for stays longer than 3 days.

it would have been nice to have breakfast included. finding a parking spot was a bit difficult at times.

The location was superb. In the heart of Moab, yet peaceful at night. Walkable to restaurants and amenities. The Moab Diner across the street was a great option, and there was a free air service nearby. Having a private balcony was a plus.

The hotel is centrally located in the heart of things, making it easy to explore downtown activities and the nearby national parks. We also enjoyed the discounted breakfast at the pancake house. Can't fault the property in any way.

Located right at the center of the city, this hotel offers easy access to Arches & Canyonlands National parks. You'll find it close to everything, including downtown activities. The rooms are simple and clean, with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms, some even having a separate toilet and shower. The friendly staff provides excellent service and the free parking is convenient. Plus, you can enjoy a cup of coffee from the Keurig and soak up the quiet surroundings. it's a great value for the money.

One downside is the erratic temperature control in some rooms.

I recently stayed at the Hotel Moab Downtown for a weekend getaway. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the rooms were beautifully furnished with plenty of natural light. I was impressed with how everything in the room was in working order, including the convenient k-cup coffee/tea machine that was refilled daily with extra k-cups. The location was perfect, right in the heart of town with a breakfast restaurant right next door. The value for the price was exceptional, making this hotel a great choice.

Additionally, the room had a great layout, it was spacious and clean, with comfortable towels and a good shower. We also appreciated the hotel's water conservation efforts, allowing us to reuse our towels for our entire stay.

There were several negative aspects to our stay. the room was very dated and in need of renovation.

We loved the quick response from the staff when our refrigerator broke - they replaced it within minutes! They even froze our ice packs for us! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The central location made it easy to walk to restaurants and grocery stores. The heated swimming pool was a fun way to relax after hiking. Arches National Park was just a short drive away.
