Many guests reported dated, stained furniture in their rooms and unclean bathrooms, with notably unkempt common areas that need serious attention. Noise disturbances were a constant problem, especially from children and teams during peak times. Additionally, some areas of the hotel, including the pool, often became overcrowded during events, making it hard to fully enjoy the facilities.
