The room was perfect for our family, with comfortable beds and a pull-out sofa bed. The pillows were amazing! We also enjoyed the clean and well-maintained facilities, including the pool and hot tub. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of options available. The staff, from front desk to bartenders, were all very friendly and helpful. a great experience for our family.

Unless you stay 4+ nights, you won't receive any housekeeping. This resulted in our first room not being cleaned and a musty smell in the bathroom.

As young families, we loved the friendly staff, free evening drinks, and amazing breakfast. The bartender was great and made delicious dirty martinis. The hotel is conveniently located near attractions and shopping.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The breakfast was unlike any other I've had at a hotel - there was even an omelet station where they made to order omelets. The room was spacious and comfortable, with windows on two sides, and the beds were very cozy. I also really appreciated the complimentary happy hour with free beer, wine, and soft drinks. The location was perfect, not far from the beach and with great access to discount and upscale malls. It was a shopper's dream!

I recently stayed at Embassy Suites in Fort Myers for my daughter's college visit to Florida Gulf Coast University. The hotel is conveniently located near the university, making it the perfect choice for our trip. The highlight of our stay was the evening welcome reception and the delicious complimentary breakfast, which included made-to-order omelets. The dinner at the hotel exceeded our expectations, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The room itself was spacious and easily accommodated the five of us, with three sinks in total. I was also pleasantly surprised by the complimentary alcoholic drinks during Happy Hour and the thoughtful gesture of offering free water and candy at check-in.

The living space had a table that seats 4, a couch, large chair, coffee table, and a TV. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The dining area was fantastic, offering delicious food and a great open space. The staff were friendly and I want to give a special shoutout to Nicole, who went above and beyond to help me retrieve my forgotten camera. The location was perfect, close to attractions like Miromar Outlets and Coconut Point Mall. The happy hour and breakfast were also highlights of my stay. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel and highly recommend it.

The location of the hotel is great as it’s in the center of everything with great food. The area is known for many years for softball Winter Nationals Championships. It is also convenient for many attractions and there are other restaurants in the area. The room is spacious and comes with a nice bathroom. The service is friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is good and satisfying.

The pool and jacuzzi close early.
