The facilities at this hotel were amazing. The staff provided exceptional service, especially Janice at the front desk. The breakfast was impressive with a variety of options including smoothies, omelettes, and waffles. The hotel was able to accommodate all guests without running out of anything. The bathroom, specifically the toilet, was top-notch. this place felt like a five-star hotel.

Loved the convenience of the shuttle service. the driver was prompt and even took us to a pharmacy late at night. the breakfast buffet was amazing. It had a wide variety of options from eggs to fresh fruit, and it was included with the room.

The bedroom was a bit small. the hot tub had very low pressure and seemed to not be working properly.

This hotel is the ideal location for those traveling by plane thanks to its proximity to the airport. With clean and comfortable rooms, a great shower and a fantastic breakfast buffet, the staff are incredibly welcoming. They even go the extra mile and provide pre-printed instructions for local directions. The coffee is individually provided, and the sheets are white and clean which is always appreciated. The staff are friendly and happy to help with anything needed.

The bar and restaurant area could improve its service by not closing early and having more knowledgeable employees when it comes to offering alternative places to guests.

Staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Lobby had a ton of amenities, including all-day fruit, popcorn, coffee, and cookies. Recently renovated and upgraded room with a high ceiling and brand new carpet. Breakfast had a complete selection, including eggs, sausage, and all the usual items. Free wifi was fast with no lag. The hotel provided complementary cookies, popcorn, and fruits throughout the day.

Great value for the price. the room was clean and comfortable with a cozy bed. the included breakfast was a full buffet, which was a pleasant surprise. Location was convenient, being close to the Thruway and highways.

The hallway lighting was harsh and the walls were paper thin, making it easy to hear conversations from neighboring rooms. the bathrooms were small, with a tiny sink and a vinyl liner for the tub and shower.

They went out of their way to make our kids happy, especially when one of them was crying. Best hotel for families with children!
