I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent. The prices were very reasonable and I felt like I got a great deal. Secondly, the attention to detail in the rooms was impressive. They were clean and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities I needed. I especially appreciated the presence of a tub in the bathroom, which is not always common in hotels. Additionally, the staff was friendly and provided excellent service. They were always available to assist with any request and made me feel welcomed. Lastly, the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn in Salem for three nights for a vacation with my family. The room was fantastic, offering great value for the price. It was well-maintained and had all the amenities we needed. Whenever we had a maintenance issue, it was promptly taken care of by a friendly staff member. Additionally, the hotel staff allowed us to stay an hour longer for check-out, which was a nice gesture. The location of the hotel was perfect, and we had a wonderful experience during our previous stay as well.

The front desk registration experience was problematic. the day shift staff seemed confused and made errors, resulting in a second charge and a delay in finalizing my bill.

Located conveniently near the freeway, this hotel is an excellent spot for those travelling by car. On the street next to us, there are plenty of restaurants and shops to visit. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast is delicious. Rooms are clean and well-equipped with a kitchenette and comfortable beds.

Some guests have noted that the carpet could have been cleaner in certain areas of the room.

The bed and room were comfy and clean. The staff were helpful and polite. The pillow labeling made it easy to find my preference. The mini kitchen was a nice unexpected addition to the suite. The hotel is under renovation but still enjoyable to stay at.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The lady at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. She noticed that I had reserved a king size bed, but when she saw my son with us, she offered to switch our room to one with two queen beds. It was such a considerate gesture. The room was clean and comfortable, and the beds were incredibly cozy. I loved that the pillows were labeled "soft" and "firm." The gym was great, and the warm pool was perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location was also a major plus, as it was close to the freeway and conveniently located to explore the Salem area.

The in-room Keurig with coffee and tea pods, as well as the complimentary bottle of water, were greatly appreciated. The parking was convenient, right in front of the hotel. The breakfast options were good, with the option to order a continental breakfast instead of a buffet. The hotel's restaurant, Reso, provided a great dining option, especially when it was raining. There was no card deposit required, which was useful for international travelers. this hotel was a reasonable and comfortable option for our stay.

We had a great stay and the beds were very comfortable. Our room had a microwave and fridge, which was very convenient. We also enjoyed the in-house restaurant which had great room service. we truly recommend this hotel.
