I had a wonderful stay at Sarova Whitesands. The customer service was exceptional, with the front desk staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The restaurant staff were outstanding, taking great care of us during our meals. The room was clean and had a nice shower. I also loved the afternoon tea with freshly made pastries. The cocktail party for all guests was a great addition. the staff and service were truly exceptional, making for a fantastic stay.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Sarova. the hotel staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They were incredibly caring and even checked in on our sick son throughout the day and night. the rooms were perfect and the staff even went the extra mile by pulling the mosquito nets around our bed in the evening. the food at the hotel was of great quality and there was a wide variety of options to choose from. the entertainment provided was fantastic, with live music and acrobatic displays. the multiple pools and beautiful surroundings were a huge highlight. the beach, with its warm water, was easily accessible and security ensured our safety. we had an amazing experience and can't wait to come back for a longer stay next time.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of its amenities and location. The pools were fantastic, with a variety of options to choose from, including slides for the kids. The beach was just a stone's throw away, providing stunning views and a convenient access to the water. The staff was absolutely amazing, always going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. There were a couple of drawbacks during our stay. The entertainment on one of the evenings was not up to par, perhaps due to fewer guests at that time.

We were warmly welcomed by Mark and Rajab upon arrival, and the room was well-maintained. The gardens were lush and stunning. Catherine the chef made the best pancakes with a smile. Overall I had a wonderful experience and would recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel on the beach for 5 days. Hand sanitizers were conveniently located throughout the facility and in the rooms. The staff at Sarova Whitesands were friendly and welcoming, and the buffet meals offered a wide range of delicious options. The breakfast and dinner were amazing, with a talented chef and considerate meal times. The rooms were comfortable and the facilities up to date. it was a fantastic experience.

the staff was impeccable, attending to our every need with exceptional service. the outdoor swimming pool was clean and the beach access was perfect. the Spa & wellness centre was a haven of relaxation, offering treatments like a body scrub and a massage. the garden area was so well-maintained, we felt like we were in a tropical paradise. We couldn't have asked for a better venue for live entertainment than the night club. Our room was equipped with exclusive amenities that truly made us feel pampered.

The only issue we encountered was some slow service at the restaurant during breakfast. this was minor considering the overall experience we had.

The property was absolutely gorgeous with many facilities for all kinds of tastes. LOVED our 1st-floor room, balcony, and sea views. Breakfast was delightful with food for every taste. Staff were amazing and welcoming. Wide range of succulent buffet meals and beverages. Warm greetings upon arrival and complimentary honeymoon gift. Room facilities were great with bug netting around the bed. Entertainment team was engaging with various activities to participate in. Onsite restaurants had great food quality. Sea view room highly recommended for scenic views. an amazing experience.
