Loved the calm beach with clear water, perfect for water sports like snorkeling and kayaking. the staff at the hotel were fantastic, going above and beyond to make our stay special. Mentioned staff members who stood out. the preferred club ocean view room was amazing, with a beautiful view of the ocean and daily use of cabanas.

The customer service at one of the restaurants was underwhelming. the location of the hotel is not within walking distance to other attractions, but they do offer transportation.

The hotel offered a wide variety of activities, including morning nature hikes and cooking classes, which kept me entertained throughout my stay. the professional shows performed by dancers were impressive and showcased their athleticism. the staff, especially the entertainment team, were friendly and enthusiastic, making me feel welcome and ensuring I had a great time.

The property has many hills, which can be challenging to navigate, especially in rainy weather. the food options for American dishes were not as impressive as the traditional Costa Rican cuisine.

We had a blast with our friends at Secrets Papagayo! The high-end atmosphere, marble floors, and divided areas for relaxation and partying were perfect for our group.

The hotel offered free daily activities like snorkelling and kayaking. The bars and bar staff were great. The hotel and our room were gorgeous and the beach was small but private.
