The pool was nice but freezing cold. Beautiful location on the river. I loved having a balcony to sit and have morning coffee. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were too squishy. The breakfast was great. Lots of offerings.

The AC struggled to cool the room. The pillows were not comfortable.

Our room was clean and comfortable, making our stay enjoyable. The breakfast options were delicious and the area was well-maintained. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

We loved our stay at this hotel near the River. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and we especially enjoyed the paved walking/bike path that runs alongside the river, providing excellent access to the long park. The location was also convenient, with easy transportation options to explore this city.

As someone who travels frequently, I have stayed in various hotels, including several Red Lions. My recent stay at Holiday Inn in Richland, Washington was above average in terms of comfort and service. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to assist me during my time there. Despite a minor issue with the key system, they promptly relocated me to a larger and more comfortable room, even taking the initiative to transfer my belongings. It was refreshing to find a mid-line hotel that values customer satisfaction.

I loved staying here! The location was perfect, right along the river with a beautiful walking trail. There were also plenty of dining options nearby, all within easy walking distance. The staff were great and the room service, dry cleaning and housekeeping were all top-notch. Plus, the room amenities were great, including a refrigerator, microwave, and a big TV with lots of channels.

I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

For the price, the room at this hotel was excellent! The decor was fresh and modern, making it a comfortable and inviting space. The location was incredibly convenient, especially for our baseball tournament, and we enjoyed the peaceful river view. The staff were friendly and responsive, adding to our positive experience.

The only thing that could make the breakfast better would be to have more fresh fruit available.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the spacious and clean room, the great amenities, and the beautiful location right on the river. The room was comfortable, with a high ceiling and a sliding glass door for easy access. Although it was too cold to enjoy the river view in January, we could imagine how lovely it would be in warmer weather. The hotel facilities, including laundry facilities and a workout room, were an added bonus. The staff was friendly and provided delicious coffee and a morning paper. a wonderful experience.

The location was fantastic, and I was able to easily explore the area. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed that made for a great night's sleep. The housekeeper was friendly and did a great job keeping the room tidy. I also appreciated the convenience of having a serve-yourself espresso machine in the lobby, even though there were no coffee machines in the room. Despite a few minor issues, I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
