My experience at Red Roof Inn Plus+ El Paso East was largely positive. The staff, particularly Erica at the front desk, provided exceptional service, promptly addressing my fridge issue. The motel's strategic location near Interstate 10 makes it easy to explore nearby attractions like Guadalupe Mountains and White Sands.

The hotel is clean and has friendly staff. The maintenance guy fixed my heater quickly and the front desk helped with everything I needed.

It was a bit pricey, but worth it for the comfort.

The room was convenient with easy access from parking, which made transporting luggage and our pet hassle-free. The temperature control functioned well, keeping the room comfortable. the bathroom lacked essential items like tissues, and the tub was dangerously slick without proper grip features. Despite the overall quietness, the check-in experience was slow, and the night staff seemed unhelpful. Though the in-room amenities were clean, the lack of breakfast options was disappointing. Management was visible and attentive, but we encountered issues that affected our comfort during the stay.

With a fantastic central position, this hotel made it super easy for me to discover nearby gems like Blackie Chesher Park, just over 2 kilometers away, and the vibrant El Paso Mission Trail, only about 5 kilometers from the hotel; I loved taking weekend strolls among the beautiful landscapes, and even enjoyed a delightful meal at Cattleman's Steakhouse, which was just a little over a kilometer away. The overall atmosphere felt safe and peaceful, especially with security visible around the property, making my walks even more enjoyable! My only suggestion for improvement would be to pay more attention to cleanliness in the guest rooms.

Breakfast options were limited; I skipped the sausages that looked questionable. The A/C worked well, but the bathroom cleanliness was a concern, and the shower needed better water pressure. Despite the location being convenient for nearby attractions, the overall experience didn’t leave me feeling secure.
