The location of the hotel was perfect for my Easter getaway. It was conveniently located near all the attractions and venues that I wanted to visit. the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. the hotel staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that I had a pleasant experience throughout my stay.

Although my overall experience was great, there were a couple of minor downsides. the television channel selection was limited, which was a common issue I have encountered in many hotels.

There were a couple of negative aspects during my stay. the hotel charged a fee for both parking and Wi-Fi, which I found quite expensive.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with Chase Field and a variety of eating and drinking establishments within walking distance. The breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations, with a wonderful selection of fresh seasonal fruits. The elevators were fast, making it easy to get around the hotel quickly.

Secondly, it's located in a nice area of downtown, making it very convenient to explore the city. Thirdly, the staff is very attentive and provides good service. Lastly, the breakfast at the hotel is delicious - it's definitely worth trying!

I recently stayed at the Renaissance in downtown Phoenix for a couple of nights. The service was exceptional, especially at check-in where they even wished me a happy birthday. The concierge was helpful in planning my activities and they surprised me with a bottle of champagne and a birthday card in my room. The rooms were spacious, modern, and clean. I also enjoyed the convenience of the smart TV that allowed me to access various online platforms. The on-site restaurant was top-notch and the lobby bar had delicious food. the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The valet service at Renaissance was excellent, and the location allowed us quick access to many restaurants and coffee shops, all within walking distance. The room was comfortable, the bed was great, and we slept well. I would recommend this hotel.

The location was easy to overlook because of everything else being so nice, but it was conveniently close to the Arizona Science Center and History Museum. Parking was hassle-free, and there were nearby transportation options. The staff, particularly Jaz, was super nice and accommodating. They made my stay even more enjoyable.
