We were incredibly impressed with the calming and inspiring atmosphere of the hotel. The decoration throughout the property was fantastic, creating a soothing environment from the moment we arrived. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, particularly Beth, the Front Desk Manager, who helped us organize our visits. Despite language barriers, the staff always found a way to understand and assist us. The exceptional room, delightful breakfast, and inviting pool added to the overall experience. Highly recommended.

Located in a stunning region, the hotel truly reflects the local culture. the staff were attentive, making our romantic escape truly special. Our room was beautifully decorated with rose petals and a bottle of wine, exactly what we needed after a long day.

Our dining experience was not as good as we hoped. the presentation was unappealing and the waitstaff did not communicate correctly the discounts we were eligible for.

This hotel is the epitome of luxury with its exclusive amenities such as the spa and wellness centre, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and Jacuzzi. I indulged in a full body massage and was pleased with the spa lounge and steam room. the hotel also boasts a beautiful sun terrace and garden area perfect for a relaxing afternoon.

The only minor issue I encountered was the lack of BBQ facilities. the hotel restaurant, however, surpassed my expectations with in-room breakfast, packed lunches, and dinner options.
