The rooms are basic but come with all the necessary amenities. The bed, however, is extremely comfortable, ensuring you a good night's sleep. Furthermore, the staff is friendly and fast, so you'll get quick assistance if required.

The hotel lacked a warm welcome and greeting, and some of the staff were more interested in chatting amongst themselves rather than welcoming guests.

This hotel is a great value for money, especially considering its location in the heart of Silicon Valley. You don't have to break the bank to stay here, and it's close to some great attractions like Great America theme park. The staff are friendly and offer great service, paying close attention to the little details. The rooms are spacious and come with a view of the garden area, as well as a comfortable bed with a sofa bed, which is a nice touch. Lastly, the breakfast is a great way to start the day and set you up for exploring the south bay area.

While there may be some noise from outside, this hotel is a comfortable place to stay.

I recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn in San Jose for a Cisco event. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home, especially Ken, Ryan, and Jasmine. They even offered free transportation around town. The rooms were comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and a cozy laptop table. The hotel prioritizes cleanliness and the pool was open from early to late. a great value for the area.

Ideal location for shopping and dining, close to many well-known restaurants and retail shops. Spacious rooms with good amenities including a microwave and fridge. The staff is welcoming and attentive. Nice outdoor pool with a relaxing spa. You can do laundry with the coin-operated machines.
