stayed at Design Hotels in the center, got upgraded to a junior suite, beds were super comfy with a view of the Harpa, quiet atmosphere, great location near restaurants and shopping. the shower had terrific pressure and it was easy to walk to the Old Harbor. would definitely stay here again.

Every visit is flawless. First stay staff gave top taxi tip. Hotel provides all I need: Wi-Fi, free parking, 24/7 reception/security, bar, restaurant, shuttle. Cots available. No pets/smoking. Excited for New Year return!

Staff were friendly & helpful. Included breakfast was tasty with a good continental selection. Sauna area was small but enjoyable. Excellent location for exploring the city on foot.

The apartment suite with a modern design offers a breathtaking view of Reykjavík from the bright living room area. As a guest who values aesthetics and relaxation, I found this room truly delightful.

The sauna/steam room doesn't work, but others might enjoy the hotel for different reasons.

On weekend nights, external noise from nearby events can disrupt sleep.
