The Refinery Hotel was worth every penny! The room was fantastic, clean, and had amazing views. The location was perfect and the staff treated us like family.

It made it easy for me to explore the city and get around without any hassle. Additionally, I really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast offered by the hotel. It was a great way to start my day and save some money on meals.

The worst aspect of my stay was the noise level in the hotel. The walls were quite thin and I could hear a lot of noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms.

The hotel was also in close proximity to the subway, making it easy to explore the city. Another advantage was the spacious and well-decorated room, with a comfortable bed and modern furnishings.

Worst aspects were the long wait during check-in and when trying to get assistance from the concierge. The staff seemed friendly but inefficient, often having multiple people deal with one guest, causing unnecessary delays.

The staff members were welcoming and helpful, especially in assisting us with our bags to where the taxi was waiting. The rooms were spacious and modern, with beautiful finishes.
