The Refinery Hotel was worth every penny! The room was fantastic, clean, and had amazing views. The location was perfect and the staff treated us like family.

The best aspects of my stay were the friendly staff and the convenient location. the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and always had a smile on their faces. They made me feel welcome and were quick to assist with any requests or questions I had. the location of the hotel was perfect for me, as it was close to all the major attractions and shopping areas. It made it easy for me to explore the city and get around without any hassle. Additionally, I really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast offered by the hotel. It was a great way to start my day and save some money on meals.

The worst aspect of my stay was the noise level in the hotel. the walls were quite thin and I could hear a lot of noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms.

The staff were exemplary, particularly Jared, the attentive concierge who anticipated my every need.

While the hotel may appeal more to the upwardly mobile, I found it to be a perfect choice. the room itself was spotless, chic, and quiet, and the bed was so comfortable that I didn't want to leave. I must commend Gabriel at the front desk for his outstanding service.

Worst aspects were the long wait during check, in and when trying to get assistance from the concierge. the staff seemed friendly but inefficient, often having multiple people deal with one guest, causing unnecessary delays.

The staff members were welcoming and helpful, especially in assisting us with our bags to where the taxi was waiting. The rooms were spacious and modern, with beautiful finishes. The room we stayed in did not have tea making facilities, which would have been a nice addition.
