I had an absolutely wonderful stay here! The location is fantastic, just across the street from Grant Park, which means it's close to museums, restaurants, the Metra, highway. The staff at this place is incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even better. The lobby is stunning and the decor throughout the hotel is charming. The food at the restaurant and bar is delicious and the staff is very attentive. this hotel is ideal for its location, charm, and the excellent service provided by the staff.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was amazing, as we were able to walk to all the major attractions in the city. It was right on South Michigan Avenue, in the cultural mile, so there were plenty of museums and galleries to explore. Plus, we could easily Uber anywhere else we wanted to go, like the shopping areas. The staff here were extremely welcoming, friendly, and accommodating, from the front desk clerk to housekeeping. They were very knowledgeable about the area and its history, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was beautiful, with stunning architecture and stylish rooms. We were particularly impressed with the spaciousness of our room, as well as the big bathroom and good shower. The amenities provided, such as the smart TV and Starbucks coffee, were a nice touch. The hotel also had great dining options, and the cocktails at the bar were top-notch. we had a fantastic experience here and would highly recommend it to anyone!

Recently stayed at The Blackstone and had a fantastic time. The room was beautifully decorated, with a spacious work area and fast internet. The bathroom was modern and had a great shower. Loved the quirky toiletries! The lobby bar had great drinks and music, and the on-site restaurant was amazing. I highly recommend this Autograph Collection hotel.

We also enjoyed the delicious food at the tapas style Spanish restaurant. we had a fantastic stay.

Guests can enjoy an exceptional view and amenities such as a refrigerator in the room. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making guests feel welcome. WiFi is available in the lobby, and there is even an old typewriter where guests can write messages to their loved ones.

Nothing it is perfect.

We loved staying at this place! The location was perfect, right across from Millennium Park and in a more visible area that felt lively and fun. It was in the middle of several universities which gave the neighborhood a college atmosphere that we loved. The service was fantastic, with everything we requested available, and the staff worked extra hard to provide us friendly service. We also really enjoyed the options available for leisure and entertainment, such as live entertainment and billiard tables.

We highly recommend staying at this venue for anyone looking for great service, a lively atmosphere, and plenty of entertainment options.

The hotel had a good breakfast with many options and free coffee all day long. the location was great, as it was in the center of the city and close to everything. Another cool aspect was the amazing rooftop view that was just breathtaking.

The staff was not very friendly, and didn't make me feel welcome. They seemed uninterested in helping me with my questions and requests.

My romantic escape at this hotel was just what we needed. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay special. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from amazing restaurants and entertainment options. the room was cozy and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing weekend. Plus, the beautiful decor added a touch of elegance to the whole experience.

The only downside was the lack of privacy in the bathroom. the sliding barn door design looked cool but didn't offer much privacy.

The hotel's location is convenient. The hotel is located in the main area under the TV console, to the restaurant hub or in the opposite direction to the convention center. The room is vintage and stylish with modern amenities, and some of the rooms have beautiful marble floors. The staff is professional and friendly, making breakfast a pleasant experience.

The hotel's towels and bathrobes were small, and the windows were not very clean.

The view from the room was stunning, overlooking the lake and greenspace. The staff, especially Jessica Burns, were welcoming and responsive. The gym had a good variety of equipment. a great experience.
