Let's start with the positives. the staff here were exceptional! Every staff member, from the reception to the cleaners, was super friendly and always ready with a smile and greeting. the lady at reception went above and beyond, even helping with some unexpected issues. the room was spacious and comfortable, and I especially liked the European style shower setup with refillable toiletries. the breakfast was fantastic, with a good variety of local dishes.

My recent stay was quite impressive. The room featured cozy seating and a handy wet bar. I was happy to find a 42-inch TV and a comfy bed waiting for me. The hotel offers various amenities, including an indoor pool and a Grab 'N Go case for quick bites. The location is fantastic for exploring the vibrant surroundings. The 24-hour cafe with Starbucks coffee kept me fueled up. a seamless experience for both work and play.

During my recent trip to Charleston, I stayed at the Hyatt Place North Charleston. I found the location extremely convenient, as it's only 15 km away from Charleston International Airport. This made it the perfect transit hotel for my travel plans. the hotel's close proximity to Northwoods Mall and Centre Point shopping provided easy access to shopping and dining options.

One minor inconvenience was the lack of attention from the late-night staff and the unavailability of front desk assistance during the early morning hours. This made the check-in and check-out process less smooth than expected.

The views outside our window at Hyatt Place North Charleston were absolutely stunning, offering a picturesque glimpse of the bustling North Charleston commercial corridor. But the most memorable part of our stay was the warm and friendly service provided by the staff. Despite a minor hiccup with our initial room assignment, the front office clerk went above and beyond to ensure we were promptly accommodated in a comfortable and functional room. It was a thoughtful touch that didn't go unnoticed.

The AC was great, bed comfy, and Yvonne at the front desk was wonderful. Need more trash cans, and the sofa may have house pets. Overall, a cozy property with friendly staff and delicious breakfast, but watch out for potential pest issues.

During our mother-daughter trip to Charleston, we stayed at this hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and clean room. The staff were very friendly and helpful, adding a nice touch to our stay. The convenient location near plenty of shopping and restaurants made our trip even more enjoyable. the hyatt place was super clean and close to everything in charleston. from the beach to downtown - it's all just 30 minutes away. plus, the staff was so friendly and the breakfast had a good variety.

We hit up the golf course and took some epic golf lessons. Plus, the outlet shopping nearby was fire! Our rooms were big and clean, and we had plenty of space to chill.

We had a suite with two queen beds and a large sofa, perfect for my family of four. The breakfast provided was outstanding with a wide variety of options including delicious fruits, eggs, bacon, sausages, pancakes, and more. The staff was friendly and the location was great, providing easy access to nearby attractions. We enjoyed our stay so much that we even extended our trip by an additional day!
