The room at Dylan Hotel NYC was large and the bed was extremely comfy. The spaciousness and the availability of amenities like a small fridge, kettle/coffee machine, and hair dryer made the stay very convenient.

The room was a bit dark, with an un-openable curtain, so it felt a bit dingy. The decor and some facilities were small and definitely need updating.

Great central location, close to transportation and major attractions. Staff is responsive, helpful, and polite. Rooms are well-decorated and comfortable, with high-quality toiletries provided. A solid choice for a short stay in the city.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was absolutely wonderful, just excellent for both lower AND upper Manhattan and convenient for JFK. It is also close to grand central station, which made exploring the city very easy. The staff was great - they had a great attitude and always smiled. They were very helpful with subway directions and even said they'd contact maintenance for us. The room was always very clean when we would return at night, and the service was impeccable.

Loved the cozy fireplaces and lofty ceilings at the on-site Benjamin Steakhouse. The meeting venue near Bryant Park was top-notch. Enjoyed the ice skating rink and holiday shops. The hall's gorgeous ceiling is just 86 years old!
