We loved this place! the location off the Main Street by mere steps is perfect for visiting with everything within walking distance. the service was top-notch, from the friendly staff offering restaurant recommendations to the prompt room service and excellent customer care. The amenities were exceptional, from the well-furnished rooms to the rooftop pool and the cozy lobby with a great coffee shop. Cons: We highly recommend this place to friends for a luxurious and comfortable stay with enhanced quality services.

The location was spot on, easy to walk around and find good places to eat nearby. the staff at the bar and restaurant were welcoming and made us feel at home with their service and hospitality. Plus, having Starbucks coffee in the room was a nice touch for a quick pick-me-up in the morning.

Housekeeping was a letdown, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. the air conditioning was faulty initially, which was inconvenient.

My stay at the Renaissance in Charleston was fantastic. I spent three nights for a leisure trip. the rooftop pool and well-furnished rooms were highlights. the exceptional check-in staff offered room options, and the lobby was brilliant. the location was perfect for exploring restaurants and sites. the coffee shop had great treats, making mornings enjoyable.

Strongly recommend this hotel.
