I had a wonderful stay at the Marriott in Naperville. The value for my money was excellent, and the room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The location was great, with easy access from the Tollway exit, and the staff treated me with kindness and professionalism throughout my stay.

The food for breakfast could have been better.

Clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Lobby has plenty of seating, with a good breakfast in the on-site restaurant. Convenient location near the Tollway exit. Parking available next to the building. a pleasant experience.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and courteous, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, providing a peaceful retreat after a long day. The hotel's recent redecoration added a fresh and modern touch to my stay. Additionally, the spacious and beautiful main lobby, complete with a restaurant and bar, was a great place to relax and unwind. Despite the current situation, the hotel's cleanliness and facilities were well maintained. The location was perfect for my needs, easily accessible from the Tollway exit and conveniently situated in the Western suburbs of this city.

Plus, the location was just right, with easy access to transportation and numerous restaurants within walking distance.

Convenient location, good sleep quality and great water pressure in the shower. The free wifi worked well and parking was spacious. I would recommend this hotel for its comfort and amenities.

The front desk service was exceptional! the staff member, Brittney, was friendly and attentive. She upgraded our room to a lower floor so we could use the stairs, which was a thoughtful gesture. She even lent us her personal umbrella when the hotel ran out of guest umbrellas. This really made a great first impression and contributed to a perfect stay. Thank you, Brittney!

The soundproofing in the rooms was poor. We could easily hear noise from the hallways and neighboring rooms, which affected the quality of our sleep.

We recently stayed at this hotel and were impressed by the spacious and clean rooms. They had all the basic features we needed, and the beds were comfortable. As families with children, we appreciated the easy access to a good parking place next to the hotel. The breakfast was a highlight of our stay, with a delicious on-the-spot cooked Naperville omelet. The hotel also had excellent staff, including Lucas, an excellent chef at the breakfast buffet, and the friendly and helpful wait staff. The young ladies at the front desk were also great and accommodated our request for a late check-out without any hassle. we had a pleasant and enjoyable experience at the hotel.

Located in the western suburbs, this hotel is in a convenient spot. The nearby area boasts about 6 to 8 restaurants within easy walking distance, from casual to fancy. The lobby has a nice bar and a Starbucks, as well as a spacious lounge for elite members. The rooms are modern and updated, with a comfortable bed and a nice size TV.

The rooms feel cramped, especially for a family of four. The bathroom is rather small, with space for only one person.

The hotel was easy to find from the Tollway exit. The building was well kept and the interior was lovely, with lots of space and seating for hanging out in the lobby. The restaurant may not stay open late, but the bar had plenty of room for a sit-down meal and the food was good. The breakfast in the Artisan Restaurant was very delicious, and the on-the-spot cooked Naperville omelet is a must-try. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the basic features. The staff, including the front desk and wait staff, were wonderful and accommodating. The parking space next to the hotel was also good.
