I had a wonderful time at the Renaissance! The bar service was superb and the chips and dip were the best I've ever had. The staff was friendly and attentive. a great experience. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a gem! It has an unbeatable location, right in the heart of a bustling city with easy access to everything, including convention centers and sporting events. The room and bathroom are clean and comfortable, and the service from the staff is impeccable. In addition to being close to everything downtown, the hotel offers great amenities such as a well-equipped gym and tasty breakfast options.

The location of the hotel was great for exploring the city. I loved the modern decor and the room was very comfortable. When I mentioned that my reservation was not correct at check-in, the front desk agent was quick to resolve the issue. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

The food at the hotel was excellent and the staff service was top-notch. the breakfast, lunch and reception were impressive. They offered amenities such as shavers when forgotten, which was great. the location was also ideal, with easy access to the downtown area.

The staff was generally unfriendly and unhelpful, particularly with regards to parking. the room's shower door design was faulty, leading to safety concerns and major slip and fall risks.

Staying here was an amazing experience! The hotel is situated right in the little “store” area where everything is happening. It was very convenient for me because I went to a sporting event in the convention center, and it was just a few blocks away. The location was perfect and very close to everything downtown. I loved the warm welcome drink and the beautiful sun loungers by the rooftop pool. The staff was very approachable and accommodating. The room was equipped with amazing amenities like a flat-screen television, ironing facilities, and a refrigerator. The food provided by the in-room restaurant service was delicious! I had an amazing time staying here!

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location is excellent, very close to where I needed to be. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and the beds, bedding, and pillows are amazingly soft and comfortable. I had a great night's sleep here.
