Upon arrival, I found it difficult to locate the hotel due to unclear signage, which caused unnecessary stress after my long flight. Additionally, the air conditioning was tricky to adjust, and I could hear conversations from the corridor, which disrupted my sleep. To make matters worse, the TV in my room didn't function properly, and I relied on it for gate information, which is essential in such a large airport.

The staff's flexibility in allowing me to stay longer before my flight was much appreciated, transforming a typical layover into a more relaxed experience. The spa facilities were also a refreshing touch during my brief stay.

i was absolutely horrified to find one charger in my $300 room, and it was miles away from the bed. i also had the joy of being awakened by drilling! after paying so much, i expected a complimentary upgrade or at least some special treatment, but alas, nothing but disappointment. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.
