We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect for us, as it allowed us to easily explore the local area and attractions. It was close to the Mississippi River, which made for great walks, and not too far from US Bank Stadium. The staff were incredibly helpful and gave us valuable tips on where to go during our stay, as well as helping us arrange transportation. The amenities provided, such as room service, dry cleaning, and wake up service, enhanced our comfort and convenience. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities we needed, including a flat-screen TV and a mini-bar. our experience here was fantastic and we highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area.

All in all, this hotel exceeded our expectations and we recommend it to everyone.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to help and please us. Despite the ice skating rink being booked, they surprised us with complimentary passes to the water park and even gave us a birthday card and cake. The room service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. The bed was super comfy, and the parking was easy with plenty of spaces even on a Saturday night. The check-in process was quick and easy. The hotel is conveniently located close to everything downtown, within walking distance of eateries and activities. The breakfast offered a variety of food including fresh fruit, delicious oatmeal, eggs, sausage, bacon, French toast. The room was clean, and the housekeeping staff was prompt and friendly with any requests for fresh linens or coffee supplies.

The location here is perfect for what I like to do, I can easily stroll around the old train depot which is now a convention center. Plus, there are numerous restaurants within walking distance which is super convenient. The service at this hotel is top-notch, from the friendly staff who told me everything I needed to know to the prompt room service. The amenities are great too, with a beautiful indoor swimming pool and a fitness center to stay active during my stay. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities like a flat-screen TV, refrigerator, and coffee maker. this place provides enhanced comfort and quality services.

While I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, I did find the parking a bit expensive at $27. Also, the entrance was a bit tricky to find since it's on a different street, but once I got there, everything was perfect.

I had a great stay at this venue. Its location was very convenient, as I could easily walk to several eateries and activities near the Nicollet mall, as well as the events I attended and even the US Bank stadium. The service was top-notch with great room amenities such as ironing facilities, mini-bar and garden furniture. The staff was very attentive and interested in providing exceptional service, and the leisure facilities like the indoor swimming pool and fitness centre were an added bonus.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to the tram station in the city center, right in front of City Hall. It is also conveniently situated near the Nicollet Mall and the Government Center stop. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with nice amenities like an opaque glass wall in the bathroom. The customer service is impeccable, with staff members like Adam at the front desk going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

One negative aspect is that there is no mention of breakfast being included in the stay.
