The pad thai at Milwaukee Road was a culinary delight, just bursting with flavors that took me on a flavor journey. Plus, the Dunn Brothers Coffee next door was a solid find for a relaxed morning vibe!

However, the air conditioning was like something out of an old horror flick–loud and creepy. Plus, cleaning wasn’t always up to par, and the coffee maker was hit or miss. Still, it all added a quirky charm to the stay.

My stay at Renaissance Minneapolis Hotel, The Depot was splendid! The hotel combines modern sleek decor with charming retro features, like vintage suitcases cleverly displayed throughout the space. The staff were attentive and provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants. My room was spacious, immaculate, and offered large windows with a magnificent view of Minneapolis. The large flat screen TV and comfortable bed added to my enjoyment. Dining in the lobby restaurant was a treat, with delicious dishes that impressed my palate. I would highly recommend this hotel to those visiting the area!

The bathroom towels were a bit rough.

I absolutely loved the beautiful decor and cozy feel of the hotel! The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with plenty of options to choose from. Plus, the indoor pool and gym access made our stay even more enjoyable!

Great location near attractions and restaurants.

The check-in process was frustratingly slow. my key card didn’t work for the parking garage, causing delays. After finally fixing it, I faced issues accessing the elevator, wasting even more time. To top it off, I found ants crawling in the bathroom, which completely ruined my experience.

My stay at this hotel was like a warm hug! The Milwaukee Road restaurant offered delicious late-night meals, and Dunn Brothers Coffee was the perfect spot for a relaxed breakfast. I loved the spacious King Room, which felt like a home away from home!

I found the historic artwork in the public areas interesting. The room was not equipped with drawers, making storage a challenge. I enjoyed dinner at the on-site restaurant, but I had a tough time with the maid service not cleaning the room some days. I appreciated the large flat-screen TV. My experience at this accommodation was less than I expected as a traveler from Europe who enjoys discovering the local culture.

However, despite the appealing décor, service inconsistencies were frustrating, notably with the front desk staff's responsiveness and the long wait for requested items. Breakfast options were good, but still left much to be desired given the number of guests. This stay was enjoyable yet didn't fully meet the expectations set by the price point.
