We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect for us, as it allowed us to easily explore the local area and attractions. It was close to the Mississippi River, which made for great walks, and not too far from US Bank Stadium. The staff were incredibly helpful and gave us valuable tips on where to go during our stay, as well as helping us arrange transportation. The amenities provided, such as room service, dry cleaning, and wake up service, enhanced our comfort and convenience. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities we needed, including a flat-screen TV and a mini-bar. our experience here was fantastic and we highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area.

I had a great stay at this venue. Its location was very convenient, as I could easily walk to several eateries and activities near the Nicollet mall, as well as the events I attended and even the US Bank stadium. The service was top-notch with great room amenities such as ironing facilities, mini-bar and garden furniture. The staff was very attentive and interested in providing exceptional service, and the leisure facilities like the indoor swimming pool and fitness centre were an added bonus.

Despite the ice skating rink being booked, they surprised us with complimentary passes to the water park and even gave us a birthday card and cake. The check-in process was quick and easy. The hotel is conveniently located close to everything downtown, within walking distance of eateries and activities. The breakfast offered a variety of food including fresh fruit, delicious oatmeal, eggs, sausage, bacon, French toast. The room was clean, and the housekeeping staff was prompt and friendly with any requests for fresh linens or coffee supplies.

The customer service is impeccable, with staff members like Adam at the front desk going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.
