The service at this hotel was exceptional, from the moment we arrived until we left. The staff, especially Daniel, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The room was incredible, with state-of-the-art amenities and a stunning view. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city on foot or by Uber.

During checkout, we had an issue with the pool waitress mistakenly keeping our cash payment for our tab. Although it was eventually resolved, it was an inconvenience that could have been avoided. Additionally, there was a shortage of chairs at the pool area, making it frustrating to find seating. the experience was good, but these issues were disappointing.

The rooms are pleasant and the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool and bar provide a great retreat from the summer heat, and the well-equipped gym is perfect for staying active. The hotel also offers a spa experience, where guests can enjoy relaxing and rejuvenating treatments.

Some maintenance issues were reported, such as smoking bathroom plugs and peeling wallpaper in the guest hallways.

The hotel exceeded all our expectations. The decor was stunning and the room had all the amenities we needed, including luxurious bathrobes. One small issue we had was that there was only one towel hook in the bathroom, but still, it didn't dampen our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its incredible ambiance and comfort.

This hotel offers luxurious amenities such as an outdoor heated swimming pool and spa centre. The spa lounge and full body massage here were exceptional, and the staff was always accommodating. The rooftop pool had premium sun loungers, and the snack bar had delicious menus catering to special diets. The location was perfect for shopping and dining.

The restaurant here could have had more variety on the menu. I found only a few dishes to my liking out of the many I sampled. However, the bar service was prompt, and the snack bar had a nice variety to choose from. this hotel provided an exceptional stay with only a minor issue.

We recently stayed at a hotel for Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time. The staff was incredibly friendly and offered complimentary snacks and drinks during our stay. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the middle of all the holiday festivities. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful decor and ambiance of the hotel's lobby.

The room was a bit small and the furniture felt outdated. Additionally, we were disappointed to find out that the hotel did not offer any Thanksgiving specials or events. it was a pleasant stay, but we were hoping for a more festive and updated experience.
