Location! Close to Broadway, Bridgestone arena, conference center, honky tonks, and Printer's Alley. Within walking distance but far enough to be quiet. Close to downtown area. Cleanliness was superb. Hotel facilities and amenities were great. Parking was easy and convenient.

Great service and personal touch from the staff, especially Brendan and Andrew. The hotel had clean rooms and comfortable beds. The location was excellent, close to the Music Center and within walking distance to Broadway and The Gulch. The lobby and conference area had unique and interesting designs. The hotel also provided convenient amenities such as TWO luggage racks in the room and AVEDA bathroom amenities, which were a nice touch. The 24/7 grab and go option was perfect for late-night hunger cravings. The concierge staff was also very helpful.

Some rooms had dismal views overlooking an alley and rooftops. It would have been better to have a view overlooking Broadway and Bridgestone Stadium like some other rooms.

This hotel is a great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. Its location in the center of downtown made it very convenient for me to get around. The staff was friendly and helpful, the amenities were basic but all that I needed. I stayed on a higher level with 2 queen beds and had a great view. Also, I appreciated the fast and reliable free WIFI on all my devices, and breakfast had many food selections.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the upgraded room and the included breakfast buffet. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a block away from all the fun and excitement. It was so convenient to be able to explore the area on foot and not have to worry about driving.

On the downside, I found the curtains in the room didn't close all the way, which let in too much light. Also, the noise from the street and construction outside could be heard, so if you're a light sleeper, it might be a problem. Additionally, the staff at the Starbucks in the lobby wasn't very friendly, and the coffee was mediocre. I would recommend going elsewhere for a better coffee experience.

Additionally, the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, with all the basic amenities one would expect. I especially appreciated having a king-size bed that ensured a good night's sleep. Lastly, the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious food options to start the day off right.

It is located very close to many attractions in all directions, including bars and everything you come to the city to see. The rooms are spacious, well-lit, and the bathrooms are modern with accessible outlets. The service is excellent, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet is delicious, and made-to-order omelettes are served hot within minutes. The pool is stunning, and the deck has loungers already set up for you with custom-made towels draped over them.

The coffee served at the Starbucks in the lobby was mediocre, so I had to walk elsewhere to get a decent cup of joe.

The Renaissance Nashville Hotel provided a well-stocked mercantile market, convenient location to museums, easy access to a food court, and excellent room cleaning by the maids. The hotel's cleanliness was noteworthy. The hotel driver, Eric Jones, was highly recommended.
