The spacious room with soundproof windows provided a peaceful retreat, ideal for relaxation after a long flight. the fully equipped gym allowed for a refreshing workout, ensuring a rejuvenating stay.

The housekeeping oversight resulted in our room not being cleaned and lacking essentials such as fresh towels and coffee on the second day. the absence of a Clean/Do Not Disturb sign in the room led to a missed service opportunity, impacting our overall experience negatively.

During my stay at the Los Angeles Airport Marriott, I appreciated the convenience of the free airport shuttle to Los Angeles International Airport, located just 2.4 km away, making my transit seamless and stress-free. the fully equipped gym was a great perk for me to unwind and stay active during my short layover.

I recently stayed at the LAX Marriott for my onward flight and had a wonderful experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the restaurant and Starbucks provided a nice breakfast. The swimming pool and outdoor spa were great, even though they could use a face lift. Scott, a staff member at the reception, was exceptionally helpful and motivated to accommodate all my requests. The bell concierge also provided spontaneous assistance with my suitcases. a very good experience!

Convenient location near airport with 24-hour shuttle. Real Starbucks inside, 2 restaurant options. Nice pool with plenty of chairs. Stylish, well-maintained rooms. Surprisingly quiet, good sleep. Will stay again.

The food at the restaurant was amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the great drinks at the bar, which had a great atmosphere. Additionally, having a balcony in our room was a nice bonus.

The service at the restaurant was incredibly slow and unorganized. It took forever for us to be attended to, and when our food finally arrived, it was not prepared as we had ordered.

The room was spotless and nicely renovated. Great location. Quick and delicious room service. Gracious and efficient check-in staff. Comfortable bed and amazing pillows.

We had a late arrival but were thrilled to find a fantastic dinner available at midnight. The buffet breakfast at the SOCIAL was also top-notch, with Ulla providing impeccable service. The service staff seemed genuinely happy, creating a welcoming vibe. The on-site Starbucks opening at 5 am was a lifesaver for our early morning trips. The lobby had a great atmosphere, and the gift shop offered unique and reasonably priced items. The room itself was beautiful, comfortable, and ensured a good night's sleep. The option for a late check-out was greatly appreciated. one of our best hotel experiences after traveling across the US for three weeks.

As someone taking off early, I appreciated the quick and pleasant check-in process, along with the hotel's accommodation of an early arrival. The newly renovated room was bright, inviting, and very clean. The location near the airport was a major plus, and the Marriott's shuttle service was excellent.

The hotel had super clean and pretty rooms, making it feel like home. The price we paid was great, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The pool was fabulously clean, and the menu at the lobby bar was great. The hotel also offered valet parking and a gift shop, and the shuttle buses to and from the airport made transportation easy. it exceeded our expectations.

That the lounge/bar didn't have the same friendly atmosphere as the rest of the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay right next to the airport. The hotel facilities were amazing, especially the gym with its fresh fruit and all new style of machines. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we've ever had. The staff, especially the concierge named "Hugo," made our stay unforgettable. He was so helpful, honest, and friendly. The location was perfect for getting around this city, with Uber rides costing no more than around $20. Cheers to the Marriott staff for doing an awesome job!

The location of the hotel was convenient for the airport and it was surprisingly quiet despite the constant plane landings. The hotel had a professional atmosphere, great for business meetings, and the staff was friendly and hardworking.

The layout of the room was a bit confusing with the light buttons in odd locations. there wasn't much to do in the surrounding area for those looking for nightlife or entertainment.
