The service was outstanding, with room service, dry cleaning, and wedding services available. Our room was well-appointed with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and turndown service. We also enjoyed the terrace and free wi-fi in our room. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I was blown away by the breathtaking view of the Empire State Building from my room at Renaissance. The comfortable bed and stylish decor made for a luxurious stay. The bar area was perfect for a nightcap. I highly recommend this hotel.
