The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Ivy at the front desk was particularly helpful in accommodating my request for a quiet room. The shower was amazing, and having a separate sink area in the bathroom was convenient. The kitchen facility in the room was a nice touch. a wonderful experience!
